Overview
The owner of a unique driving service wants to create a better experience for his clients and drivers. He wants to eliminate errors that occur when scheduling drivers for riders. While keeping drivers up to date with accurate information to perform their task. He is also looking for a solution that will enable him to invest more time into neglected areas of his service.

Problem
This current system has been in place for years. To this point the owner has maintained a simple system has express any concerns or considered better options.

User can only call owner to schedule, update and cancel require for drivers.

All trip information is transferred to a recycled Excel spreadsheet, which is text or emailed to the drivers.

Owner has no database or structure in place to store trip history, user preferences, or any data to analyze company performance.
Solution
Design a mobile app to create a better experience for both clients and driver, streamlines operations, and free up time for focusing on other areas of the service.
*This Case Study only explores the clients (riders) experiences and need for the service.
Benefits:

Help eliminate errors in scheduling drivers for clients. Reduce the need for calling in to schedule minimizes the risk of errors.

Drivers and clients can receive up-to-date information about pick-ups, drop-offs, and any other changes in real-time.

Personalized Client Management System can help track client preferences, booking history, and feedback.

To better understand the value of the service and to address any concerns, I conducted a competitor analysis and in-person interviews with drivers and the business owner. Additionally, I created a brief survey using Google Forms to better understand the users of the service.
